As a processor, I have to be completely organized with all of today’s regulations. I am in charge of working on a loan file from the very beginning up to the point of funding. I am responsible for organizing the data needed to submit to the many different banks that we work with. I work diligently with the underwriter all the way to funding. I have experience in calculating income, clearing title, and reviewing appraisals.

I have extensive experience with Portfolio, A Paper, FHA,VA, Reverse and Fannie, Freddie and HARP programs. I successfully communicate with our loan officers, escrow and title companies handling various processing issues and problem solving. I am used to working in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize our daily workload while delivering complete, accurate and quality work on multiple files in our pipeline.
